“My name is Sephorat Djembo, I am a young student from the Republic of Congo and I have been living in Moldova for almost two years. I left my country with big dreams and decided to do everything possible to achieve them. To benefit from quality education, I chose Moldova State University. From the moment of arrival, the International Relations Office guided and supported me in all my steps, which allowed me to settle in easily. I chose to study at the Faculty of Biology and Geosciences, specializing in molecular biology. I met passionate and kind professors, ready to share their knowledge with respect, patience, and dedication. Each course represents a valuable moment of learning and experience exchange. Thanks to them and my colleagues, I feel integrated and supported, and I have learned a lot about Moldova, its values, and traditions. The work pace is sometimes intense, but adapted, and the classrooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The campus responds quickly to any problem, whether it's a missing light bulb or a more complex repair, ensuring a pleasant environment. The excursions and conferences I participated in enriched my knowledge and broadened my perspective on the world, providing long-term added value. My experience at Moldova State University has been extremely positive. I was impressed by the professors and the way they teach the courses. Coming here, I had many fears and clichés in mind, but I was pleasantly surprised by the stimulating and welcoming environment I discovered.”

I remember how Mr. Petru and Ms. Li Xiaoru welcomed us at the airport, took our luggage, and offered me the warmth of the university from the very first moment. During the preparatory language year, Ms. Lidia and Mr. Marcel turned grammar into poetry, and Ms. Dodon showed us how Moldova's history is reflected in the Dniester. The professors at the International Relations Office treated us with care and patience, helping us understand that studying abroad means being surrounded by kindness. The moments spent together, the laughter in the corridors, the fortress of Soroca, the traditional pies prepared by the Office's professors, and the parade at the National Costume Festival turned my study experience into an unforgettable one.
