The "Sports Training" bachelor's program is part of the field of sports sciences and the fundamental field of Services. It has a duration of 4 years and is conducted in accordance with the Education Code of the Republic of Moldova and the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research. Graduates become bachelors in Sports Sciences. The program's goal is to train specialists capable of planning, leading, and optimizing sports training processes, adapted to the age, gender, and performance level of the athletes. The program offers a solid theoretical, practical, and methodological training, developing competencies in the use of modern training technologies, physical performance evaluation, management of the competitive process, and organization of research and sports education activities. Students acquire advanced knowledge about the methodology of sports training, biological adaptation to effort, the formation of motor skills, and the development of physical qualities. Essential skills such as critical reflection, creativity, professional communication, autonomous decision-making, and responsibility are developed.
