The "Fitness and Nutrition" master's program is designed to train specialists with advanced training in the field of sports, health, and active lifestyle, responding to the needs of contemporary society to promote movement, prevention, and physical and nutritional balance. Registered in the fundamental field of Sports Sciences, the program has a duration of 2 years and involves the accumulation of 120 ECTS credits, structured around theoretical, applied, and research activities. The curriculum integrates concepts and methods from physical training, applied nutrition, functional recovery, and the use of digital technologies in the fitness field. The main goal is to train professionals capable of planning, coordinating, and evaluating physical activity programs adapted to the individual needs, age, and preparation level of the beneficiaries. At the same time, graduates are prepared to use specialized software for monitoring performance and health status, to apply relevant legislative knowledge, and to manage structures and activities in the wellness and recreation field. Through the training offered, the program develops key competencies in managing fitness activities, developing personalized nutritional strategies, supporting restoration and recovery processes, as well as initiating partnerships with institutions and organizations that promote health through movement. The specialization thus contributes to the professionalization of a field in continuous expansion and with a direct impact on the quality of life.
