The master's program "Psychopedagogy of Physical Education and Extracurricular Activities," with a duration of 2 years and 120 ECTS credits, falls within the general study field of "Educational Sciences" and the professional training field of "Teacher Training." It is structured to train specialists in physical education, capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating integrated educational interventions, with a special emphasis on movement and physical activity, in formal and non-formal educational contexts. The program adopts an interdisciplinary approach, integrating concepts from psychology, pedagogy, educational science, and motor science, aiming to promote health, social inclusion, and personal development through motor activities and extracurricular experiences. The competencies acquired upon completion of this program are aimed at training professionals capable of addressing the complexity of educational processes in the field of physical education and extracurricular activities, thus contributing to the educational and social development of participants. Graduates of the master's program acquire solid competencies in designing, organizing, and evaluating educational activities, in accordance with the policies and regulations in the field of education. They are able to develop innovative didactic and managerial projects, apply modern teaching and evaluation methods, and use digital technologies in the educational process. They can also adapt the contents and educational strategies to the individual needs of students, promoting inclusion and equity.
