The master's program "Sport and Human Performance" is part of the fundamental field of "Sports Sciences" and aims to train highly qualified specialists, prepared to meet the complex challenges of organizing and leading sports and recreational activities. Through this program, students acquire in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the integrated management of performance sports, mass sports, as well as recreational activities, being prepared to plan, coordinate, and monitor the specific processes of these fields. The duration of studies is two years, with the academic structure totaling 120 ECTS credits, each credit corresponding to a volume of 30 hours of activity. Graduates will be able to manage sports activities in accordance with national and international legislation, managing databases and specialized platforms for sports events. They will be able to adjust competitive strategies and training plans for athletes, coordinate training and competitions, and also lead sports organizations. At the same time, graduates will analyze the implementation of managerial decisions and identify the resources and partnerships necessary to support the recovery and performance process of athletes. They will also manage consulting, counseling, and guidance activities, thus contributing to the sustainable development of sport and human performance in various contexts. This program ensures the training of complete professionals, capable of responding efficiently to both the demands of high-performance sport and the broad needs of sports communities.
