The "Sports Management" master's program is designed to train highly qualified specialists in the field of sports sciences, offering a solid academic path, adapted to the current demands of the national and international sports system. It falls within the fundamental professional training field of Sports Sciences and has a duration of two years (four semesters), totaling 120 ECTS credits. The training process combines theoretical, practical, and applied research activities, with the objective of developing specific competencies for high-performance management in sports. The curriculum is structured to support professional training in the organization, planning, and evaluation of sports and competitive activities. The program provides the necessary tools to analyze, design, and implement physical training strategies, adapted to different age categories and performance levels. By addressing essential aspects such as optimizing the training process, adapting competitive strategies, and monitoring performance, the program ensures a complex and applied training. At the same time, the master's program develops the capacity for critical analysis of managerial processes in sports structures, strengthening decision-making skills, resource management, institutional collaboration, and the development of functional partnerships. Graduates will be able to intervene effectively in the recovery and physical restoration process of athletes, also contributing to their counseling to achieve performance objectives and maintain an active and healthy life. Thus, the program trains professionals capable of strategically managing activities in the contemporary sports field, in a dynamic and interdisciplinary framework.
